If you want to go fast, I suggest you do what Mexican says, get a JDM engine and a manual tranny (preferably with an LSD), saves you the big bucks of having to upgrade your engine and you'll get "boo-koo" power. You can always keep your stock engine in case you break the JDM engine; that way you will at least have something to move around with.

Anyway, the main stumbling block you have is the tranny, get rid of it and get a manual tranny.

Hey here's a crazy idea.....you could maybe find someone who is willing to trade your auto for a 5spd....maybe an older person who is tired of drivin a 5spd in the city(any city) ..
but since this is a not so perfect world maybe you could find an EG for sale(5spd) and sell your car for that amount..........and the rest would be history....
But that's if you didn't want the joy(ha!!) of changing from auto to 5spd........but hey it's your car..:thumbup: what ever you decide good luck man.

 

Actually I drive a 1998 civic hatchback, and oh yeah, a TYPE R engine TURBOD up. NONE OF YOU LOSERS can compare to that, so stop trying and go back to your boring jobs over at home depot or wherever rednecks like you work.
