when turning...
Hey all well my car is really really slammed or dumped which ever, it's a 98 any how when i turn the steering wheel all the way i here a squeal or some kinda noise, is it the cv boot? or joint? if so do you know how much that ranges to get fixed?
CV joints click when they go bad i dont think they squeal but maybe. Look under your car and see if your boot/s are ripped. $60 for a remanufactured cv shaft. Don't know what a reboot kit cost probably 25-30.

MAybe your power steering pump is about to go.
When you turn the wheel its pumping fluid to lubricate the turning parts ( forgot name.....drunk right now ) IF not alot of fluid is being circulated around the joints, hinges etc... it will make a grinding noise.
Similar to two pieces of metal being rubbed against each other without some lubricate in between to limit friction.
or your cv joints could be bad.
