aight. fixed the tps problem. now i just have a jumpy idle between 1100 and 1600 rpms. VTEC hit fine now. I think thats just because i don't have the secondary o2 sensor hooked up yet.

sounds like you have a vaccume leak now.

Check for vacuum leaks ..start at the notorious tb gasket.... and the o-rings on the iacv and fast idle valve below the tb.

i dunno, i think once i get the O2 on, it should work itself out. the car idled good when i had it plugged in before so...i just need a bung and we should be good

Vac leak. The only way a car can idle higher then normal is if it is getting more air then it is supposed to, the O2 sensor should have nothing to do with that.

hey didnt i say vaccume leak? another thing that may be a suspect is that iavc/eavc bull crap vavle.. = idle air control valve allows your vehicle to idle properly when you are not giving it throttle... check it clean it swap it. either vac leak or that valve... ithink i posted a link to another thread that had similar probs...

you think if i pull off my throttle body and clean it all out with carb cleaner, like the snesors and everything it would fix the problem?

Doubt it, plus you'd need a new gasket or some RTV.

It never hurts to clean out the TB though, carbon and junk tends to build up in the bore.
