Odd problem

It could be your starter kill on your alarm (that's if you have one) I had this problem and found out it was a slight short out in the wires or something. Same deal though....wouldn't start...next morning and the next few months it worked A O K.

It could also be do to moisture build up somewhere that it shouldn't. Was it humid or damp that night?

its completely random... it happened yesterday... engine was warm

happend probably a few months agao.. spring time

and before that... winter time... weather has nothing todo with MY situation that is... time to change the fuel filter!

This may be way off, but check your dist. cap and ign. coil... I had problems on my old motor

92-93 civs had distributor problems btw... maybe its the cause for me... i'm going to check it later today hopefully

alarm starter kills are usually pieces of **** waiting to start a fire. im not fond of them..but given my choices :ugh:

did you check your distributor coil? one day i turned on my car and it stalled out i was like wtf....i turned it on again...and nothing, the coil was fried.

didn't fix mine... And your fuel pump would still come on if that were the case.

is it signs that it will go soon? my car won't start... 10 minutes later it starts

After a pretty humid day my 93 civic ex would crank and crank but would not start, im assuming that moisture had gotten into the MSD Cap and wouldnt let it start, I have since caulked the hole for the msd wires for the ignition and the problem has gone away.

My old teg woldnt start after I went through a big puddle. One day of drying out and it was just fine.

The other day i tried to start the hatch and it just cranked and cranked. I was like, "oh no not more broken stuff to pay for!" Then I realized I had taken out the ECU cause my window is busted and I didnt want anyone easily ganking my car. Im such and idiot:doh:
