I've never really heard of seized rear LCA's but what I'm guessing what you might be referring to is seized bolts. The bolt that goes through the metal sleeves inside the bushings sometimes fuses to it when they rust making removal very difficult. Many people snap the bolt heads off and this is of course more common on the east coast or anywhere where it snows.

Someone just broke into my car (while it's not running, and sitting at the honda dealer) and did a real number on my dash.

yah, im about to do that... my insurance guy just mailed me a check yesterday for all the parts that got stolen, and then he's going to pay the dealer separately to fix my busted dash and stuff...
I'm gonna get me a new head unit, shift knob, new sub, and new gauges.... it'll be like christmas all over again
