Default Where is this ???

my check engine light is on, i'm trying to find the plug so i can do the paper clip thing. but i cant find the plug, i looked on the passenger side and took out the cover of the ecu, i dont see any two pin connectors. is it connected to something?

Sometimes it's up by your glove box so you have to open your glove box and pull the hooks down so your glove box will open all the way, and it's sticking up on the very right.

There's a pic on the diy.

dude your car is obd2 not obd1 so your plug is a 16 pin plug... not the same as the rest of these other plugs. yours is located near the center console on the passenger side if I remember correctly. and the paper clip trick wont work. you need to go get an obd2 diagnostic tester... most parts stores will let you borrow theirs


WCS, you should probably edit the DIY so that it says for obd1 vehicles only that way we dont have as much confusion

friend said the plug is under the steering column
