No, I don't have a H22 swap. I have heard that the weight distribution is not perfect, but not horrible and you can get springs to solve that problem if you get picky.

No, no, it has nothing to do with the physical weight of the H22, it's how it's distributed in the engine bay. Too far behind the axles is the problem. Whereas on the B-Series is right above the axles.

I guess I'm gonna have to prove to you guys that the almighty B18C can pull some insane times. (........Hopefully). It's Saturday morning and I'm getting ready to run at the speedway. If I pull like a low 13, maybe it will change your mind on getting that H22.

why would it change anyones mind about the h22. think about it, run the same time as you or faster and be a grand or two cheaper. which makes since to you spend 4k's to maby be able to run low 14's high 13's or to spend 2k's and run low 14's or high 13's. if you spend another two k's on the h22 you can go boost and run 12's and maby even 11's.

do you know much about h22's and boost? I think you should do some more research on it.

I would tend to think that it's the other way around, since the H22 is a torque monster, and the b18 makes good power at high RPMs.

Edit: think about the weight distribution too.. more weight up front (H22) leads to understeer... the B series aren't too much heavier than the D you have now.

i was being a smart ass, i totally agree with what you said.
Paul: im not any kind of expert on the h22's but you cant tell me that you cant boost a h22 into the 12's. if you do then i will have to come to your local town and slap you. dont be ignorant, use logic combined with your knowlege.
