thats why i said don't swap... it'd be like 3000 that he doesn't even have yet

nitrous is another short quick fix option.. i think you can get a wet shot even for like 400. idk.. on the battle between cheating or not.. i dont' think nitrous is cheating...

wtf? how is nitrous "cheating"? Thats like saying driving a camaro just cuz its a V8 is cheating. In that case, forced induction, swaps, switching cams, hell, even using 91 octane gas is cheating, then, right?? Whoever said needs a good :slap:. Seriously, does that sound absurd to anybody else than me?

Actually I think when people get the impression of cheating is that nitrous is easily concealed. I should know. I got my ass handed to me at the track because the prick hid the all the lines under vacuum hoses but he swore to me that it was all-motor!

Anyways, for $800 bucks, your best horsepower gains would be to get the nitrous setup.

Or why not look at from a different perspective: instead of trying to get horsepower to go forward, buy suspension parts and get horsepower for the corners!!!!!

So n/a is cheating because all those parts are concealed too? Blah. Nitrous isn't cheating, its the drivers' who don't tell you about it, and the same could apply to n/a. If you have fully built internals and say they are stock, thats being dishonest and cheating. I sense a nitrous argument arising.

Save & Turbo.. It will be worth the wait. Yes nitrous is an easy fix but your always paying out for it! I know.. I went through 8 bottles of it last summer

I'm built & turbo now.. and the nitrous is just an added extra for some of those V8 guys that have more than i was expecting!

or here's an idea. Sell the Civic, take the 800 bucks and get a Z28. Domestics are way cheaper to modify.
