Glowing Gauge needles / Dash LED's
I knwo this post is the same topic as jdmcivic94, but i didnt to overrun his thread.
Check out www.importintelligence.com - and click over to the intelliglow needle kits.
I know for 90 percent of hondas this does not apply. But im pretty sure Sol needles are the clear lexan with a white coating onthe bottom, so it looks like this mod would work for our cars.
I've searhed everywhere for info on a DIY on this, and i have nothing. the importintelligence page used to be a diy back in the day, but then they started producing the kits, and removed the how to section of their page
. I cant remember how. I know there is a certain place on the back of the cluster you have to tap into the power, and there is certain places that you have to drill holes for the led's.
Just wondering if anyone in here has ever done this or knows any information on tapping DIY Led needle kits? Or chaning the lights to LED's in the HVAC controll?
I know its kinda ricey, but when your driving your car, you need to have somthing cool to look at. and i want all the colors to match on my dash
