:werd: When my stereo got jacked they broke the window and tweaked the drivers side door, then only took the faceplate to my cd player, and broke the dash around the cd player.

is there an intake other than stock that will be a good chance to prevent that? or maybe even something you can add on?

There is the AEM Bypass valve, but I don't know how effective it is.

My understanding of the AEM Bypass valve is that it only activates when the intake tube is COMPLETELY clogged up with water...so if its just suking in a litl water...(not completely submerged) it wont activate...so in this case it wouldn't have helped...

I havent torn into it yet, where you see the pics in the engine bay is where it sits.

lol Beaverton and Hillsboro are bad for random break ins and thefts.

Sorry to hear about your engine, I hate driving on Front street for just that reason, it fills with water and doesn't run off to anywhere
