Default Headlight Problem

I just replaced my bulbs and I encountered a problem in the passenger's side bulb. The Low beam was flickering on and off for about two days and then went out all together, but the high beam works fine. So I just went under there, thinking it was a bad connection, checked and double checked and everything is fine. I took a digital multimeter to make sure there was a signal from the low beam connection and there is. I don't have a bulb handy to swap with and I don't really want to take off my bumper again to get the driver's side out. Any ideas?

I think you need to replace your bulb.

Check wiring for any exposed wires.

I drive a '97 Civic EX.

Checked the wiring (where I could without having to cut anything up) and it looks fine. I checked the voltage with my dmm and everything looks ok so I don't think its a short. Could it just be a faulty bulb? When its light out I will look again to see if the filament in the bulb is burnt up or anything.

try the filament and also check the prongs on the inside of the headlight socket. and try and follow the headlight wire as far back as you can, but you probably did when you checked for exposed wires.

What kind of bulbs did you get? OEM-styled or those cheap aftermarkets?
