did u wear a glove when u put it in and/or touch the glass at all with your bare hand? the oil on your hands can cause the bulb to heat up and burn out extremely quick, expecially xenon.

yeah I was just gonna say...if you touched the bulb when putting it in, the oils from your fingers will make the bulb burn out.

Yep, I noticed minimal difference- will be buying stock again from now on.

Also I made sure not to touch the bulb, and there is no residue from any oils burning up either. I'm going to go check the filament right now.

Why would you have to take the bumper off to change a headlight of a Civic?

Well he had to take the bumper off to get the headlight off. I understand why he took it off, it is a pain in the ass to get the bulb out on the driver's side.

It is near impossible to get the bulb out of the driver's side headlight without taking the headlight out, and the bumper covers up acouple screws and is also in the way of removing the headlight.
