My 270hp/185trq GSR motor!
Guy from a local shop is selling this one, check out the link

Do you have any links to anything on that? It seems questionable. Here's why:
185lbft from a <2.0L motor.
Further, if you take the horsepower number (270@7800) and do a bit of math, you see that it has to be making 180lbft@7800 to make that horsepower.
That means this thing not only makes 180+lbft from a 2.0L motor, but it does it from at least 6000-8000rpm. To make that much torque in the first place is questionable. To do it from 6000-8000 is just about impossible.
Look at the S2000. It only made 153lbft, and it did it at 7500rpm, just slightly below the redline, in order to achieve the power up top. There's no way to keep a huge hump in the torque curve like that alive for 2000rpm without some sort of infinitely variable cam. And not even VTEC does that, my friends.
I call BS. Not necessarily saying someone's lying, but that isn't right. Maybe the ratings are 'exaggerated'. But to make that kind of torque on a 1930cc engine, you'd have to be cammed to the moon.
