I did the same thing with my old 1.5. Change the oil, maybe run some sea foam through it, and you should be backl to good, assuming you didn't crack a pistons or something...
That or piston rings. If it were the head gasket, you'd see a LOT of white smoke. I mean a shitload.

ok just took my car to the shop b4.. they put in a new IAC.. but didnt help.. told me that my engine is fuked.. so ima just do a swap.. b16a2 or b18c1?

hmmm get a second opinion. If you're gonna swap, get a 1.8 liter.
