Default b18 question

i have a 92 cx. and im planning on dropping in a 90 b18a. i have everything converted to obd1 standards so far. my question is since the b18 is auto will i have to do anything special to the manifold. because Auto manifolds have the IACV on the throttle body, whereas manual manis have the IACV on the IM. i was wondering if anyone has any idea of how to convert it. could i just put a obd1 b18b manifold onto the b18a and call it a day?
