This Dahm coupe . Feel like taking a 9mm and dropping slugs into this shit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :awais: Well we swapped the motor into the dx Coupe "D15B" stock ECU , harness , ext . Well the car did not wanna start at first . So we sprayed some starter fluid into the intake to see if it would start . Ehhh kinda wanted to . So I took off the injectors and looked at them and they where SHOT ! So we replaced that and car started up np . Drove it around the block and that was it car died . I changed the distro , plugs , cap+rotor , and sparkplugs . NOTHING ! Im thinking it might be a Fuel problem but it's spraying gas if you take the hose off . Anyone can help ? TIA

 

check the fuel rail, injectors could be fawked again.
just plug the hose dude.

 

Nah the hose is fine . When I removed it to check it thats when I knew it was good cause it was spraying .

 

does it have compression? Are you sure you're getting spark?

Fuel
Air
Compression
Spark

Timing comes after it's running.

 

Well How do you tell it has compression ? I mean the car wants to start when you spray starter fluid and it did turn on without it and stayed on for about a good 3-5 mins . Also I don't know if the distro is giving sparks . If it's not how will I go about trouble shooting that problem ? Thanks . I mean I can install a motor NP just not the best in trouble shooting .

Yeah thats been changed as well ! F**king car just won't start .

 

Are you throwing any codes? How is your fuel pump, and what fuel pump are you using? Could be your ecu maybe?

 

Changed ECU fuel pump is good cause it's working ! f**k im pissed .

 

Is your CEL on? Are you getting spark? Any codes?
