F**king Problems Man !!!!!!!!!!!!
You need a compression tester to check for compression. If you have one, remove your spark plug and screw it into the spark plug hole and disable your fuel and ignition. You want press the gas pedal at wide open throttle and then turn the key on your ignition and hold it for 15 seconds. Then check your compression gauge and see your results for that cylinder.
I'd recommend doing it more than once to get good reading. Also if that cylinder has low compression, grab some oil and squirt it into the combustion chamber through the spark plug hole and check for compression again.
To check for spark, remove a spark plug wire from one of the cylinders and put a screwdriver in it and ground it somewhere on the engine block. Hit the key and look for spark. Generally this is not recommended on Honda cars as supposedly I've heard it can short circuit your ECU and blow it up, but do it at your OWN risk.
