I couldn't deal with a RHD car...It might be ok in an automatic, but with a stick, I shift with my right hand. End of story.

Those are the only decent videos I've seen of the TransTop in action.

I just love the way the trunk opens...no more worrying about your shit getting wet when you open the trunk in the rain! :chuckles:

What? The water just rolls off of mine and goes into the gutter. How the hell do you open your trunk? I'd think if it opened up completely horizontal, it would roll off all sides and get your "shit" wet. :chuckles:

i hate how the bottom quarter of my trunk gets wet, but either way isint perfect. with the JDM you just hope for no wind, in ours we are simply assured soaking.

nice diagram btw, i think it would have taken me 10 hours and would end up looking like a kindergardner's attempt at a car with some of those chunky crayons.

AHAHAHA that had me cracking up for a while...
Am I wierd??
hehehe...

think tho, if you're leaning over the trunk at the same time, most of the trunk is gonna be dry anyways, blocked by your body. Rain also never comes down straight, it comes at an angle...so I see a greater risk for your shit in the back of the trunk getting wet.

tib...I'm amazed...and wish I could get it. My Sol cost me $7,500. But I overpaid...no way I'd get that amount back out of it now.
