will 98 gsr seats front and back fit?

your best bet with the front seats would be to swap the rails for your civic ones when putting them in...if not you will not be able to bolt down all 4 bolts..just 3 (at least this is the case with 96-00 civics) im not sure how the fitment would be with the rear seats..you migth have small gaps at the both edges of the lower part

The fronts will fit fine with proper rails. The rears are almost a bolt in...the bottom part will be missing one bolt and you'll have small gaps.
