spring rate
whats a good spring rate for normal street driving, the roads are kind of shitty here i dont know if that makes a difference, also i have skunk2 coilover. but when im driving around 30+mph i hear like a rubbing noise not like the tire rubbing (i have no tire wear) but a lower tone noise like puddering orthumping thanks for any info.
I'd say about 380f and 250r is real good for the street. Not too hard and soft enough. I believe the ground control stock spring rates are around there. The new skunk 2 rates are 500f/400r, the old are 400f/300r.
