Default ride quality - Coilovers vs spring(progressive spring rate)

I am going to upgrade my suspension soon and am wondering what would give me a better quality ride. I would like something similar to the stock suspension as far as ride quality but I also want the lowered agressive look. I know there is a trade off here. Whats the ride quality difference between GC coilovers and eiback prokit with the progressive spring rate? GC coilovers have quite a bit less spring than the prokit so there has got to be a difference in the ride?
thanks

the best ride quality would beh the progressive spring rates.... the stiffer springs only kick in as you corner harder

They are both eibach springs so if you get the same rates your ride should be about the same.

Got GCs on my teg... rides nice... bit stiffer than my H&R race springs, but still comfortable. Depends what struts ur running too, i'm using tociko blues which are pretty soft, which helps.
