it was ment as a joke...you would have had to buy a different cam and installed it for you to have an "aggressive" cam....they were making it as a joke because muscle cars with big ass cams in them tend to have a very rough idle because of the extended lift and duration.
Just do a minor tune-up if you haven't in a while or don't know when the last time one was done. Cap, rotor, plugs, wires, and get your timing checked. Not saying this is gonna fix it but it never hurts to get it done if you don't know when it was done.
