Default 0 guage power wire install :) (big pics)

First I would like to say...just imagine trying to route a water house from your battery to the trunk without it being seen or any noticable bulges while routeing through every little crevice (sp) you can find. :naughty:

Oh, drilling a 3/4 in. hole through your firewall is always great fun. First you actually have to find a good spot (engine bay side AND in the car) then you have to figure out how to get the drill down there. Ahh...fun times...

It wasn't all that bad. The wire was still pretty flexable. It was fun

here are some pics...didn't get the camera working 'till after a lot was done.

After trying ALL of these (some applied force to others) the big clippers came in handy. They're really made to cut 2.5 in. branches but it works! ]:naughty:

check out the terminal mount. it's purdy.

nice cool working area....NOT. Provides a breeze though. 93% humidity sucks.....

ran the wire under the carpet on the driverside, through the cup holder peice (big peice with armrest), comes out under the back seat and into where the trunk and fold-down-seat come together.

No this isn't an advertisment... it's just a mess.

Problem... combined Amp width is 29 in. Hole going into trunk is 30 inches. I'm in the process of some creative thinking / trial-and-error stuff. I think i have it under control though.

MTX 8100D amp (1500w) and PPI amp (hide'n)

I had my entire interior out when I did mine, it made it super easy. I wish I would've taken some pics but I just didn't have time. Later this summer I'm going to do some tweaks and probably will take some pictures then.
