Is it only for B series? The D16Z6 in my hatch moves like a SOB but B does not move at all because of the poly mounts.

Well I will be adding those, but your engine will still move. This sort of takes the vibrations out of the engine too. Also softens the load on the motor mounts, which I've already repalced.

Cool, I wasn't sure what the added benefits were or if you used it in conjunction with inserts or in place of them. Please post results when you get one installed. I'm sure I'm not the only one interested in how well it works.

I have HASport mounts, and they transmit a lot of vibration to the interior...would this dampner help with lessening the vibrations at all?
