tires.com has those splined lugs. my friend got them when he bought rims from them $10 a wheel with key i didn't think that was that bad a deal now that I think about it

I don't see anywhere on that site you can get Splines unless perhaps you buy the rims there.

i gues syou have to ... my friend bought the rims and the 'ready to go' package was 10 a wheel... they were splined... i guess in terms of splined if anyone knows anything about bikes... simiar shape to the splined bb on bicicyles
