Yeah kid, there are alot of people on here that could talk all day about engines and really know their stuff, but:

a)They have already typed it a few times in old threads
and
b) would probably help you if you had more specific questions AFTER you did some searching on here and found out a little more what you want in an engine setup.

Try searching things such as B18c1 or B16 or B18 or LS/VTEC and greddy etc just to get you started.

I did use the search feature but i only got information about how to do a motor swap and stuff like that. I didn't see anything about what would be the best motor turbo setup. I would like a motor that i could woop some other honda ass or just go to the races and do good. I dont have 15000 to drop into a motor. I am on a budget of around 5000. I would appreciate it if you could help me.

w/ 5g I'd do an h22 swap and then boost it.

haha yeah right you might be able to get an H22 in a 5G civic for $5000 but not a turbo H22.

I would get a b18b swap and turbo that h: Its a very easy swap for a 5G civic. If you want a good turbo for a great price PM Westcoaststyle he sells them and can tell you what would be the best turbo for the money.
