Since were on the subject of antenna's... I'd like to be able to get something to replace my zender (it's mounted on the rear center part of my roof). Now I don't really need it for "antenna" purposes, it's just that the guy that painted my car didn't bother to remove the zender when he painted the roof. Now the paint around the zender is starting to chip. I would like to get something that would cover up that area and not be a problem. I was thinking of something like the antenna that is on the new 7 series BMW or something like an XM antenna. Does anyone know of an antenna that is low profile, but has a wide base that would cover up the area of my roof?

The base should cover your current one fine...

Hmm... Might look into that one. But knowing acura, that'll probably cost 250 or something.

You can find it cheaper and it works great...

The base is more square, unlike the VW's and what the zender appears... the antenna itself is the same as the S2K...

It's best to put it on the windshield since that is where it is most exposed.
