I have put a stock d16z6 header on a d15b7, and also my dc header fit both. The exhaust ports on the d15's are considerably smaller, but you can either port match it, or leave it. The only problem with leaving it, you end up with a pressure drop just as the gasses are exiting the head. That slows the flow down quite a bit. If you can easy that transffer, it creates less of a pressure drop, and keeps the gasses flowing at a more constant rate.

I have a greddy ss header that is meant for the EX/Si and it fits into my DX. The only thing I had a problem with is that the O2 sensor cable that they supplied wasn't long enough to reach at the location of the new header (it's closer to the cat). You have to do some creative stuff to get it to reach.

any D-series headers will fit any D-series engine. any B-series header will fit any B-series angine

Wrong, B16 header won't fit a B18 motor. h:
