The DX/LX is a D15, the EX/Si is a D16 (as you well know).

I have put a stock d16z6 header on a d15b7, and also my dc header fit both. The exhaust ports on the d15's are considerably smaller, but you can either port match it, or leave it. The only problem with leaving it, you end up with a pressure drop just as the gasses are exiting the head. That slows the flow down quite a bit. If you can easy that transffer, it creates less of a pressure drop, and keeps the gasses flowing at a more constant rate.
