Default Throttle Body Question.

Ok so for the past few days I have been going back and forth in my mind on what to do swap my motor or build up the D15 everyone said swap it was very clear. But I think I am going to just build the D15 and put nitrous on it. I mean I dont plan to make a super fast 1/4 mile car I just want to race some friends. So I am asking is there any good upgrades for the D15 Like for Ex. Throttle body or Head or anything thats not obvious like exhaust and intake? Thanks alot.

for N/A...go with a cam modification...or a VTEC head swap.

otherwise..the only other upgrade worth of the D15 would be turbo.

Wait, let me get this right.

1) You want to keep the stock engine
2) You don't want to install an intake or exhaust system.

That car is never going to be fast. A head swap, cam, and nitrous is as good as it will get.

higher compression pistons, porting, polishing, combustion chamber welding, blueprinting, balancing, there is lots of stuff he can do that just isn't worth it on a D15.

I think they make oversized TB's for D16Z6's, so that would be the way to go.

best upgrade for a dx would be a vtec head swap. try to find a Y8 head, you'll gain about 20-60hp depending on your year dx.
