Maybe in Jersey but Best-Buy lifetime warrants their work and their installers are MECP certified. I think its safer to go there. Of course they're audio equipment isn't top of the line but WTF would you get a light weight car only to put the wieght back in with a box and subs. Not to mention that civics are the #1 broken into cars.

I dunno but, I'd just get a wallpaper roller from Home-Depot and do it yourself. Just make sure to clean the metal before you do it. For rattling, put it on the edges of things first or wherever you see metal touching metal. If your trying to make it a quieter ride, then your gonna have to spend a lot of $ on Dynomate to cover everything (more weight). Luxury cars are quiet because they already come with rubber insulation
