Default rear disc brake conversion

i have a 97 civic ex coupe. i went autoxing a couple of weeks ago and met a guy there with a 99 ex. he said that all i needed to do was get the discs and calipers from a 92-95 4door civic, or any integra from a junkyard and the swap would be simple and cost less than $400. is this true? and if so does anyone know exactly what it would take to do it?

yes and it should cost less than 300 (thats with new rotors and pads and new lines)
94+ integra, civic si 99-00, del sol si/vtec, optional rear disc from 92-95 civics (hardest to find from)
need
trailing arms (not needed...but makes it a lot easier) with proper hubs
civic si/integra brake lines
civic si e-brake cables

bolts up easy, just remember to change the prop valve too so you get a more even braking (drums need more pressure)

brake booster and MC on the ex are the same as si so you can leave those as they are
