yes and it should cost less than 300 (thats with new rotors and pads and new lines)
94+ integra, civic si 99-00, del sol si/vtec, optional rear disc from 92-95 civics (hardest to find from)
need
trailing arms (not needed...but makes it a lot easier) with proper hubs
civic si/integra brake lines
civic si e-brake cables

bolts up easy, just remember to change the prop valve too so you get a more even braking (drums need more pressure)

brake booster and MC on the ex are the same as si so you can leave those as they are
