has anyone tried a flowmaster on a civic?
at any rate . . . it's probably as b16aEGcivic so keenly observed . . . shitty tires. i don't really give a flying **** until next spring when autocross starts up again. the only real meat of what i had to say was that the flowmaster can be a nice exhaust. it sounds nice and it adds performance if you get the right one.
It's not doing it, sorry. Mine will chirp third with a perfect shift, full tank of gas, and stock suspension. Of course Im on all season tires with an A traction rating (560 treadwear).
Back on topic... a flowmaster might have a decent sound, but it's going to hurt your top end performance. You might help your bottom end a little but it's adding too much back pressure to do much. Those things flow like crap... why do you think all of the cars have hollow mufflers?

Like for instance your sig says you are gonna boost your civic, then get a free flowing muffler not a chambered one. The turbo is gonna cram a lot of air in and your exhaust has to let it out, the more free flowing the better.

It's just something you do not do.
