I'd say the lude, just cause it's newer. I think those are only as fast as a GSR. If you could have a brand new 95 VTEC sol and a brand new 97 Lude, the sol would win. That my thinking.

i smoke ludes all day long including modified ones. torque they kill a del sol but horsepower to weight ratio plays a big role.. dohc 160 at the crank stock,, ludes have like 190 or so maybe more i am not sure but 1/4 mile time are pretty even

The numbers I just crunched put an early Prelude VTEC at 15.4 pounds per horsepower and a similar age del Sol VTEC at 15.7. Close, but the 'lude still wins the numbers.
