What is wrong with your current motor? If you plan on boosting a d16 motor, why not just boost the d15 that you have right now. That would be a pretty cheap option. Also, you could just get a z6 head and do a mini-me conversion if you want the vtec. i haven;'t really seen any turbo d15's at all. any companies make turbo kit's for them? do they even make worthwhile results?
Most places don't sell D16's because most of them get their engines from the JDM, most JDM engines are 1500cc rather than 1600cc or a B series. So you'll probably have to get a d15 and have it bored to be a 1.6 liter and do a mini me swap for vtec, else you'd have to find a personal seller.
