i have a friend with a 99 si and he has a gsr motor in it with the T3/T4 turbo kit from drg and i have drove it....... it is fast.....very fast so whoever tells you that the turbo doesnt spool enough doesnt know what they are talking about

ps he has made 15psi pulls with it on stock internals and usually runs 10-12psi as his daily driver.......everyday!!!

 

99honda's right... I know nothing about turbos. Don't take my word for it. Go for the T3/T4. It's real streetable. It spools way faster than a 15g.
