Check the For Sale forums and Ebay.

Ebay has them constantly for 99-00 for about 375 and I think another 100-150 on shipping.

Also.. I was going to buy one from someone on here. But..I just emailed him and told him I couldn't... because I'm selling my Civic..
He's in NYC and was selling a Fiber Images hood for $350. Don't know on shipping because I was planning on picking it up. If you want, I'll give him your email.
