Default Changed my oil

[ahhhhhhhhhhh much better]

My cheap air filter had fallen apart (reglued it for the time being) and I was suckin up raw air for God knows how long, so I changed my oil a little early (2800 mostly highway driven miles)

probably scorched the fork outta my engine

Also put a engine flush thingy in to clear out all deposites, dirt and varnish.

Shitty Zone didn't have purlator filters, so I went with Bosch oil filter. Anyone know if there are decent? they cost enough to be decent. I still like the purlator the best

That is all. just an update on life.

Putting my K&N cone filter back on today.[/]

yeah, whats up?

I got new wiper blades today. Replaced my zip-tie exhaust hangers with real ones last week. Those were my little maintenance items. I think I migh never change my oil again and see how long it takes to run my motor into the ground :rick:

And you are the smart one for keeping all that stuff. I just throw it away or sell 'em. D'oh

Haven't done my oil lately, not time yet.

I put my Cusco front lower tie bar on (thanks Bumnah), adjusted the valves, replaced my PCV, replaced my plugs and put a new stereo in this weekend.

He's changing his stuff for winter, right CivicSiRacer?

Purolator isnt really that good; FRam is the better choice for quality. But whatever you use is cool I guess, its just a filter. I use OE Honda myself.

Also, does anyone else use RSX filters on their DOHC motors? I heard you get less fluctuation during VTEC by doing this; but I didnt know I had much fluctuation during VTEC? Just something I heard and wanted to get some opnions.
