rear tire problem
most aftermarket wheels need hubcentric rings. so i would suggest getting them for all your wheels. the flat spots on your tires could also be because your wheels are not centered properly.
and you cant really see a warped wheel. when mine was warped it looked perfectly fine to me. just get hubcentric rings, if its still screwed then take off one rear wheel and replace it with your stock wheel (or some shit like that) and drive around. if the problem is still there replace the other rear wheel and drive around. keep replacing each wheel one by one and drive around until it stops shaking. this way you find out which rim is facked. and if its not the rims then you have bigger problems.

7. as i said the funny wear is to minor to cause this or is it just enough i dont know.
should i just break down and get new tires to see if this is it and i also have time tues i might rotate them just to see what happens

there is no such thing as a minor flat spot, bite the bullit and by some new tires cause there is no way to correct cupping or flatspots
when they have your old tires dismounted from your wheels, ask them to put each on their balance machine and spin them up, if there are any bends in the wheels its going to be very obvious, even if they are hard to spot on the car
sorry for the bad news man, invest in some good tires
rotate every 6k

try the wheel+tire on the front or different sides to see if it still makes the noise and if you can still feel it kinda wobble. if it's still coming from where it was before, you could have a bent or warped the bearing that goes between your axel and your wheel. they're not too expensive or easy to replace. my right rear used to do that, and i dcould find out what was wrong. apparently i hit a pothole and bent the bearing. also....always use centercaps or hubs to cover your bearings so that they dont corrode or rust.
