I think you are confused... I bought the lip on eBay for my car, but the seller backed out and sold it to someone else after I won the auction. I'm still trying to get it resolved, but I think there is little hope that I can do anything other than waste his time. Oh well...

sellers have the right to sell it to who they want. dumb thing is the seller still has to pay for the fee for the auction listing.
