ACTUALLY, eBay does have a user policy which doesn't allow sellers to sell to whoever they want. Once you win an auction, the buyer and seller are in a contract. Ebay does not permit this type of action.

If a seller has refused to complete a sale and payment has not been sent or payment has been refunded, report the seller . Make sure to include a copy of the email documenting the seller's refusal to complete the sale with the full message text and complete email headers when making your report.

geez i only go on the internet for 30 minutes a day, other than that im working to pay for my mortgage, car, insurance, food, gas, school and entertainment expenses. i work at 230 in the morning then go to school and still try to balance my personal life. i only get 3-4hrs of sleep a day. 800 posts is over a year span do the math, comes out to about 2.5-3 posts per day which can be done in 2 minutes time.

 

and i never said i was mad i just that you were right but you felt you had to rub it in instead of just being corteous to correct me the proper way. if you keep this attitude up you wont be on the forums long.

It's really not that much to fight over guys. An eBay seller did NOT follow through with his contract, I'm mad. YES, BLACK99civicEX is right, that is against eBay rules. eBay is looking into it. I can just hope that the guy gets suspended. End of story... sheesh!
