I know this kid too... AEM air intake i believe... exhaust is nothin great... some kind of cat-back system or just bolt-on muffler... i was GENEROUS in saying his car might make 140 HP... 127 + air intake/exhaust could maybe push 135?
what a loser... his car isnt the VTEC-E either... it's your typical stock honda 98 EX riding around with no mods... he's got a snowboard rack on the roof.. i hear that adds 10+ at the wheels.... :ghey:

Besides that fact, in 1998, there was no (US) Civic motor that even put out 180hp - VTEC or NON. The closest thing was the EX with 127hp (or so). And the Civic Si didn't come out until 1999, and even then, it had 160hp.
