Default Question and a poll link

Got a quick question. My Civic has been driving fine lately and I finally got a chance to take it out on the Potenza S-03s last weekend. Here's teh deal....I start driving it one day and when I try launching in 1st gear, I can rev it to 2000 and let out the clutch and when it hits 1500, it'll shake like its gonna die. But once it goes down below it or back above, its fine. I can also launch at 1000-1200 and when it hits 1500, it does the same. Doesn't do this in any other gear or at any other speeds...and it feels perfect regardless. Then, yesterday, my friend goes to drive it, and he puts the clutch in and finds that it has no resistance...so he goes to check the fluid and its pretty much empty. He fills it up again and rolls it back to see if theres a leak and there are no puddles or wet spots anywhere. The car had the fluids replaced about 2000 miles ago. What could be going on?

Well, I'm usually in this forum, but I just posted a poll in the Appearance forum and I just wanted to give you all a heads up so you can vote. Here is the link - Rice or Nice? .

Yeah, that's rice.

Try bleeding the clutch line, but I don't know what would cause a 1500RPM stumble. Is the CEL on?

No CEL at all. Car seems to run perfect aside from the little blip at 1500.
