from what ive heard, you need a linkage out of a 94+ teg or 99-00 si. any other ones wont fit.

:werd: 94+ teg or 99-00 Si is the only ones that will fit. The header should be pretty close to the same.

The linkage needs to come from a 3rd gen teg, 6th gen Si or a del sol vtec because of the length. It reaches the correct distance back to hook up to the shifter. the 2nd gen teg is shorter, if I'm not mistaken, so you would have to reposition the hole in your floor, make a new console, etc. And that would just be retarded... It's that, get the right linkage in the first place, or get the 2nd gen one and cut and weld.

I'd be going after the del sol vtec linkage. It's the only 5th gen chassis that came with a DOHC engine in the us.

the linkage out of a b16 delsol vtec WILL NOT WORK in ANY OTHER CAR besides another delsol. the shifter in the del sol sits in a different place.
