#6 is the mount that sits on top of the transaxle. If that is the mount ou need, buy #6.

Edit: #7 is the one that bolts to the back.

you need part number 7 on that page along with A-5-20, which i don't think you can buy from that site. you'll need to order that driver side mount from the dealership for about $80

i'm telling you it IS the driver side mount, but hondaautomotiveparts.com do not sell the needed mount. you need to go to a dealership for that mount.
