called the dealership and they quoted my $78 for the driver side engine mount, and $65 for the rear tranny mount

The rear MOUNT itself is all the same for the EGs and EKs. It's the tortion mount (the 'T' looking mount) that is different. It's more of a bar than a mount.

I don't know what you're talkin about when you refer to a rear tranny mount :dunno:

Actually on EG's automatic and manual rear mounts are different. May apply to EK's also.

you have to search for it yourself..

look up:

Honda Automotive Parts Online

Model :Civic

Year: 99

Trim Level: 2 dr SI

Emission and Transmission Type: KL5MT


then you have a large list to choose from..

System/Components: Engine Mounts (DOHC VTEC)

you want the large mount on the back of the block towards the middle.
