who gives a s***. your talking about a intake. it aint going to give you crap. personally i had an iceman an i think they are trash. the filter they come with is garbage and plus they are ugly.

why is the filter trash??? whats wrong with it? i'm runnin it... i HEARD didn't say it was a K&n... doesn't look like it but thats what I heard..... do explain

I've had the Iceman CAI on my '97 DX for the last 4 years. It's a good product. As far as HP gains, I can't say for sure, it might just be psychological, but it definitely sounds nice. Being able to switch between dry/wet setup is really nice.

Plus, it's the only intake I've seen so far that you can actually put your hands on even after your car's been running around town all day.

i agree, hey noodles, can you use the same filter for teh CAI and short ram setup?

i just want to make sure that the sound is total different that a metal CAI correct? much deeper in sound than just that whislting correct?

i think its really amusing people care about the sound so much all CAIs sound -basically- the same. not a huge difference and they all grunt when you give it some gas... not a big deal.
