Bridgestone S-03 all the way! but probably out of your budget.
go for avs es100 for budget.
there is a tire worse than the nitto 450, and it is the kumho 711.

I was surprised how well my Yokohama's performed in the snow, then again, none of you really have to worry about that :eh:

Agreed on the Azenis being decent in the wet. The only time they start getting really bad is when they're really worn out...but that goes for most tires.

Agreed. There is no standard that each tire manufacturer compares against. They only pick a number that should more or less correspond with other tires in their line.
And my brother has had his Azenis for over a year and a half now. That included going back and forth from the SF bay area to school in San Luis Obispo several times as well as a year of commuting back and forth about 20-30 miles/day to work afterward. In fact they're still on his prelude right now and they still have life left in them. They aren't seeing use now though since he just purchased a WRX about 3 weeks ago. As far as grip/$ goes, it's hard to beat the Azenis sport. Granted, if you can spend a little more, you probably can find a tire that makes compromises more in your favor. It just depends on how you rank your needs.
