so thats really the only difference, just the pistons, rod and and crankshaft. yeah all i have is a CTR motor. if it is cheaper just getting those then thats probably what ill do. thanx

No, that's wrong. The B18 block is taller than the B16 block. That's why you can't use the B16 header on a B18 block. h:
